Luminaires bought from April 2026 ship with a buyback label. Bought earlier? We’ll register you over the phone instead.

We’ll ask about the luminaire type, quantity, condition and your location, then send a no-obligation quote.

We collect

Accept the quote and we’ll book a collection or courier pickup — we cover UK mainland addresses.

We check the goods

Everything is inspected on arrival to confirm the condition matches what was quoted.

You get paid

We pay you within 30 days of receiving the goods. Guaranteed — no exceptions.

We look at four things before we quote you — so you know exactly what you’re getting before anything is collected.

Luminaire type

The Bumblebee model and spec sets your base buyback value — some models can be refurbished more easily than others.

We factor collection or courier costs from your UK address into the quote, then arrange the pickup ourselves.

Pack it well for the road

Whether we collect or send a courier depends on how much you’re returning. Either way, please package everything securely before handover.

Electricals recycled responsibly

Any electrical parts we can’t reuse go through certified UK WEEE recycling, so nothing ends up in landfill.
